The doppler unit is completely covered by warranty for the duration of the rental period. Any unit that does not work satisfactorily will be replaced. If the unit is damaged or misused, however, repair or replacement charges will be applied.

In addition, the dopplers are traceable when shipped via Canada Post. With the tracking numbers, dopplers can be found if lost, either en route to you, or when being returned to us.
